Job Description
As the Assistant Shop Manager at our Santa Catarina store, your primary mission will be to develop and drive your team to ensure every customer has an unforgettable experience, aligned with Rituals' DNA and standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Assistant Shop Manager in retail, preferably in the luxury or cosmetics sector
- Proven management skills (communication, coaching, empathy, inspiration)
- Ability to make decisions and provide creative and positive responses to challenges
- Knowledge of English
- Availability to work on a rotational schedule
