Administrative Support Specialist III

RIVA Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist III to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to leadership and program staff at the William J. Hughes Technical Center.

Requirements

• Maintain supervisor's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting logistics including room reservations.
• Maintain and update internal office records, including time and attendance reports, leave records, office equipment inventories, correspondence logs, and training plans.
• Prepare and submit procurement requests in accordance with organizational procedures.
• Enter and track travel authorizations and other administrative documentation.
• Provide meeting support, including preparation of materials, note-taking, and documentation of meeting minutes.
• Review, interpret, and distribute relevant publications, regulations, and directives to ensure organizational awareness and compliance.
