Pharmacist

River Valley Family Health Centers is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide support in their Delta Pharmacy. The Pharmacist will ensure patients receive necessary medications through patient-centered dispensing and provide clinical services to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Doctor of Pharmacy; active State Pharmacist License
• BLS certification
• Immunization certification
• Knowledge of safety and clinical standards
