Clinical Manager

Works under the supervision of the Agency Nurse Managers and assumes responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of the Agency. Oversees nursing care, instructs nursing procedures, and interprets policy. Ensures effective staffing levels and resources for quality patient care. May perform in RN role by assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients.

Requirements

• Program Graduate, Nursing
• Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
• Nursing experience (Required)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
