Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate nursing professional to lead a team of nursing professionals at Riverside Lifelong Health and Rehabilitation Warwick Forest in Newport News, Virginia. The Nurse Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and compassionate service, building a winning team culture, and promoting safety and policy compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Required)
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (Preferred)
- Active RN license with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (Required)
- BLS/CPR Certification via American Heart Association (Required within 30 days of hire)
