Requirements
- Doctoral Degree, Doctorate of Pharmacy (Required)
- Licensed Pharmacist - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Licensed in the State of Virginia Upon Hire(Required)
- Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP) - The Specialty Pharmacy Certification Board (SPCB) within 5 years (Required)
- 1 year Working with Specialty Pharmacy (Preferred)
- Valid Drivers License Required
