Requirements
- Doctoral Degree, Pharmacy
- Bachelors Degree, Pharmacy
- 1 year Prior pharmacy experience in area of practice related to the position
- 1 year PGY1 Residency
- Licensed Pharmacist - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC)
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
