Pharmacist - as needed

Supervises and performs compounding, packaging, and dispensing of pharmaceuticals according to prescription, physician order, or floor stock request in compliance with state and federal law and regulation. Assesses patient data and identifies patient needs to provide care as described in accordance with state and federal law and regulation, and facility policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree, Pharmacy (Required) or Bachelors Degree, Pharmacy (Required)
• 1 year Prior pharmacy experience in area of practice related to the position (Preferred)
• 1 year PGY1 Residency (Preferred)
• Licensed Pharmacist - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) within 30 Days(Required)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) (Preferred)
• Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) - Board of Pharmacy Specialties (Preferred)
