The Occupational Therapist carries out individualized programs for patients with acute and chronic health conditions to maximize their quality of life and achieve their functional goals.

Requirements

• Performs evaluations, determines OT diagnoses, develops plan of care, and performs occupational therapy procedures
• Evaluates and assesses the patient timely, based on principles outlined by practice guidelines
• Advises on adaptive equipment to help patients with daily activities
