Occupational Therapist will carry out individualized programs for patients with acute and chronic health conditions to maximize quality of life and achieve functional goals. The therapist will perform evaluations, determine OT diagnoses, develop plans of care, and perform occupational therapy procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree, Occupational Therapy (Required)
- Masters Degree, Occupational Therapy (Required)
- Doctoral Degree, Occupational Therapy (Optional)
- 1 year Occupational Therapy experience (Preferred)
- License Occupational Therapy (OT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
- License Occupational Therapy (OTR) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc (NBCOT) Upon Hire (Required)
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days (Required)
