PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist

Riverside Health System is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to join their At Home team in Newport News, VA. The therapist will perform evaluations, determine OT diagnoses, develop plans of care, and perform occupational therapy procedures to aid in restoring function and improving health. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, 1 year of experience, and a valid Virginia driver's license.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree, Occupational Therapy
• 1 year Occupational Therapy experience
• License Occupational Therapy (OT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP)
• License Occupational Therapy (OTR) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc (NBCOT)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC)
