Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN

An Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations, determine OT diagnoses, develop a plan of care, and perform occupational therapy procedures to aid in restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, improving health, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience
• License Occupational Therapy (OT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP)
• License Occupational Therapy (OTR) - National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Inc (NBCOT)
• CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC)
• Valid Drivers License
