RN - Home Health - Labor Pool

We are currently hiring for a labor pool Registered Nurse to join our At Home team in Newport News, VA. The RN will work under the supervision of the Nurse manager and the Director, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients on an intermittent visiting basis. The RN will work in a variety of settings and roles within Riverside Health System, utilizing communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to create a care plan for each patient based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia
• Bachelors Degree, Nursing (Preferred)
• Staff Nurse experience
• Home Care experience
