The Waitstaff responsibilities include providing service above and beyond expectations, ensuring a memorable food and dining experience. Knowledgeable of current menu options/ingredients and maintains a working knowledge of dietary restrictions and preferences.

Requirements

• Follow standard service protocols as outlined in the Dining Service Training manual
• Understand and be sensitive to the needs and preferences of seniors and their guests
• Demonstrate positive interaction and support to all team members
• Exhibit knowledge of menu details and resident accounting procedures
• Utilize time management appropriately to complete assigned duties
• Is punctual and prepared to work in facility approved uniform for all scheduled shifts
• Maintain self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident
• Follow proper technique for serving and clearing tables
