Requirements
- Follow standard service protocols as outlined in the Dining Service Training manual
- Understand and be sensitive to the needs and preferences of our seniors and their guests
- Demonstrate positive interaction and support to all team members
- Adhere to all quality controls as it pertains to Dining Services
- Follow Policies and Procedures
- Exhibit safe food handling to eliminate the risk of food borne illness
- Follow proper technique for serving and clearing tables
- Perform table set-up and break down of dining rooms while adhering to proper sanitation/disinfecting procedures
- Assist in maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident we serve
- Utilize time management appropriately to complete assigned duties
