The Waitstaff responsibilities include providing residents and their guests service above and beyond their expectations, ensuring a memorable food and dining experience.

Requirements

• Follow standard service protocols as outlined in the Dining Service Training manual
• Understand and be sensitive to the needs and preferences of our seniors and their guests
• Demonstrate positive interaction and support to all team members
• Adhere to all quality controls as it pertains to Dining Services
• Follow Policies and Procedures
• Exhibit safe food handling to eliminate the risk of food borne illness
• Follow proper technique for serving and clearing tables
• Perform table set-up and break down of dining rooms while adhering to proper sanitation/disinfecting procedures
• Assist in maintaining the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident we serve
• Utilize time management appropriately to complete assigned duties
