Waitstaff

The Waitstaff responsibilities include providing service above and beyond expectations, ensuring a memorable food and dining experience. Knowledgeable of current menu options and dietary restrictions, working closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely meal service.

Requirements

• Follow standard service protocols as outlined in the Dining Service Training manual
• Understand and is sensitive to the needs and preferences of our seniors and their guests
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service by working closely with the kitchen team
• Complete daily duties, including restocking supplies and completion of cold food prep
• Exhibit knowledge of menu details and resident accounting procedures
• Knowledgeable in use of Food Service software/hardware
• Adhere to all quality controls as it pertains to Dining Services
• Follow proper technique for serving and clearing tables
• Perform table set-up and break down of dining rooms
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident
