As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the curb appeal of the community, performing groundskeeping, and completing clean-outs of homes. Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in general labor, including groundskeeping, landscaping, and property maintenance
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
