Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in general labor, including groundskeeping and landscaping
- 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
- Ability to be very active, walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Basic computer skills and ability to use technology
