Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Medical Surgical Telemetry to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans, observing and documenting patient information, administering medications, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing by date of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
- Specialty certification in Telemetry within 6 months
- Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
