Job Description
At RJ Young, we provide business technology solutions that empower people to work smarter. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll engage with prospects at the earliest stages of our sales process, handling inbound and outbound inquiries and ensuring qualified leads are delivered to our Account Executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, business, marketing, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar inside sales or customer-facing sales role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
