Job Description
RK Industries is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its corporate legal team. The role will provide strategic and practical legal advice across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracting, construction and manufacturing risk management, and compliance. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong business judgment.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain admission within a reasonable period of time
- Minimum ten (10) years of legal experience
- Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies
- Strong analytical ability to assess complex legal issues and develop practical, business-focused solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills addressing both legal and commercial considerations
