Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting executives in a professional service or corporate environment
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Experience planning and supporting large-scale corporate events and meetings
• Proven ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently, and execute tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where confidentiality and discretion are essential
