Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, business operations, or senior administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate independently
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to organize information, track priorities, and support decision-making with clear insights
