Telecom Construction Supervisor (KS)

RLM Underground is seeking a motivated Telecom Construction Supervisor to oversee construction sites, ensure employee and crew safety, and maintain strong relationships with customers and homeowners.

Requirements

• Experience in underground or aerial telecommunications construction
• Knowledge of telecom construction technology, methods, and industry standards
• Strong risk assessment and risk management skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct crews and manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
