Telecom Construction Supervisor (VA)

RLM Underground is seeking a motivated Telecom Construction Supervisor with prior underground or aerial telecommunications experience to support our growing construction operations. This role is responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring employee and crew safety, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and homeowners.

Requirements

• Experience in underground or aerial telecommunications construction
• Knowledge of telecom construction technology, methods, and industry standards
• Strong risk assessment and risk management skills
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to direct crews and manage multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
