Job Description
Nox Group seeks a General Superintendent to manage complex construction projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, and water/wastewater treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading project teams, implementing Lean Construction philosophies, and ensuring project safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Overall responsibility for project team success, including project safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Positive and teachable attitude, excellent organizational, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Extensive experience leading project teams and successfully achieving project goals
