Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the buildings, real estate, or buildings technology sector
- Demonstrated sector credibility and recognized thought leadership in sustainability, energy, real estate decarbonization, or building performance
- Proven leadership experience (7+ years) managing teams, mentoring staff, and building high-performing, collaborative work environments
- Track record of developing and executing market-based strategies that drive measurable impact
