Manager, HDR Admissions, Scholarships and Examinations

RMIT is seeking a Manager, HDR Admissions, Scholarships and Examinations to lead high-performing teams in graduate research and innovation. The successful candidate will have experience in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills. The position is based in Melbourne and offers a salary of $135,978 - $145,693 per annum, plus 17% superannuation and flexible working arrangements.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing, stakeholder-focused teams
• High-level strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• High-level experience in planning, leading, and driving change with accountability for delivering on organisational objectives
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple levels and functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present sound and compelling business cases, proposals, and analytical reports
