Job Description
RMIT University is seeking a Manager, Research Training Services to lead high-performing service delivery teams and drive operational excellence in graduate research. The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex processes and teams, and a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing change, and fostering an inclusive culture. The role is based in Melbourne CBD and offers hybrid working arrangements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
