Job Description summary: This is a job description for a Plant Quality Manager position at Mondelēz International. Requirements
- Relevant experience in operations, quality and/or R&D
- Project management and managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of the commercial strategy process, product/package development process, food safety, plant commercialization, ingredient and package technology, coaching, and training in technical material
- Communication skills and leading cross-functional teams
- Statistical processes and problem-solving techniques
- Working with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure compliance to Mondelēz International’s policies and procedures
- Working with customers on quality related issues
- Working with service-vendors’ technical equipment to support compliance
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture within the plant
- Perform tasks in accordance with applicable occupational health, safety, and fire safety procedures, establishing appropriate safety levels; respond to all types of threats impacting occupational safety
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment for personnel in production and laboratory areas
- Minimize environmental impact during all operational activities
- Ensure compliance with global standards and their alignment with local laws, procedures, and policies
