Plant Quality Manager

Plant Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing and improving overall plant quality through the implementation of process quality systems, while ensuring all quality related issues are addressed to achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Must possess strong analytical, computer, and communication skills
• Driven and Energetic
• Able to solve complex problems outside of normal processes
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel
• Bachelor’s degree in technical or relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing
• 4 years quality experience
• Excellent management/leadership aptitude
• Black or Green Belt Certification (preferred)
• Food Safety (BRC/SQF) and HACCP certification (preferred)
• Experience with can manufacturing improvement methods implementation (preferred)
