Quality Manager

Accountable for overseeing and improving overall plant quality through the implementation of process quality systems, while ensuring all quality related issues are addressed to achieve maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Maintenance of plant quality systems
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Quality system adherence and product integrity
• Supplier continuous improvement initiatives
• Disposition of finished product
• Key outside customer contact
• Leading plant root cause and corrective action investigations
• Audit implementation of corrective actions
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product Development and Corporate Engineering
• Accurate and timely resolution of coating and mill supplier defective material claims
• Ensure plant adherence to SMA principles and procedures
• Responsible for the HFI system
• Ensure quality objectives (KPIs) are communicated with floor personnel
• Educating and instructing plant departmental leads and supervisors
• Prepare quality reviews and submit them to management
• Assist in development of special plant projects
• Continuous communication and interaction with all Ardagh Metal Packaging plants
