We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facility & Office Coordinator to oversee the operational management and maintenance of our office environment. Your primary role is to ensure our workspace is clean, tidy, safe, compliant, and efficient.
Requirements
- MBO4+ level of work and thinking, preferably with a degree in Facility Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Facility Manager or similar role, preferably at least 2 years within a dynamic and growing organization.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., BHV).
- Technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; you are a true ‘spider in the web.’
- You are customer-oriented and always take an extra step for the internal customer.
- You are accurate, proactive, and can switch between tasks quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, with the ability to find the right tone for any situation
- Dutch driver’s license.
