Job Description
The Assistant Program Director will work with the Program Director to supervise and manage the program, assist with administrative and operational tasks, and lead staff trainings and behavior interventions. The position is part-time, 25 hours per week, with a compensation range of $20 – $22.50 per hour.
Requirements
- College credits in Education or related field
- At least one year of administrative experience
- At least one year of operational experience
- At least two years of experience supervising in school age programs
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Google Docs
- Strong skills in communication, punctuality, and teamwork
