Requirements
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Experience working with youth in a residential setting
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and demonstrate high-quality writing skills
- Leadership skills in meetings, dependability, and persistence
- Ability to work with others, work independently, and be understanding and compassionate
