Assistant Program Director

Wayside is one of Massachusetts' most respected youth and family-serving agencies. We are seeking an Assistant Program Director to empower youth and families. The role will lead a dedicated team, oversee programming, and provide training to staff.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience working with youth in a residential setting
• Experience in therapeutic communication techniques, conflict resolution, staff training and hiring practices
