Assistant Program Director

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is looking for an innovative Assistant Director to work in Southern Worcester County, empowering youth and families. The Assistant Director will support the Site Director with fiscal and administrative oversight as well as the clinical quality of various behavioral health programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
• High quality skilled communication and writing skills
