Requirements
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide ongoing one-on-one coaching across the full sales cycle
- Develop and execute territory and sales action plans
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline activity
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to drive sales initiatives
