Vice President, Corporate Development

Seeking Vice President of Corporate Development to lead and execute the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisitions, partnerships, and de novo expansion.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or healthcare M&A
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Demonstrated experience managing transaction processes from sourcing through closing
• Experience analyzing multi-site healthcare services or physician practice businesses
