Job Description
Robert is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Prepare and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Verify billing information by coordinating with relevant internal departments.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
- Assist in month-end billing and reporting processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and issues.
