Job Description
This position is responsible for scheduling, directing, and communicating with drivers to ensure on-time service delivery and providing service excellence to all customers, vendors, clients, and employees. The Operations Dispatcher must be able to respond to various communication apparatuses, maintain logs, schedule drivers and equipment, and monitor service delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Oahu roadways and venues
- Minimum one year experience in tourism/transportation field
- Ability to read maps and effectively give directions
- Ability to multi task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and command of the English language
- Basic office skills: basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, internet, and telephone skills
