Job Description
This position is responsible for scheduling, directing, and communicating with drivers to ensure on-time service delivery and providing service excellence to all customers, vendors, clients, and employees.
Requirements
- Respond to all communication apparatuses related to Operations
- Maintain various logs related to Operations
- Efficiently schedule/reschedule drivers and equipment to ensure proper service delivery
- Monitor all drivers and/or movements to ensure timeliness
- Maintain professional working relationship with all employees and customers
- Keep management informed of incidents that arise pertaining to the Operation
