We are seeking a versatile marketing leader to manage our marketing engagement across Latin America, designing and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy that accounts for the diversity of the LATAM landscape.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a deep, pan-regional focus across Latin America
- Independent drive with proven ability to operate within a strategic framework while driving outcomes with less day to day oversight
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, plus English
- Broad Market Knowledge: Experience managing marketing efforts in diverse environments
- 5+ years in Consumer Tech: Deep understanding of the LATAM consumer journey
- Strategic Influence: Proven ability to advocate for regional needs at a US-based HQ
- Data-Driven Scrappiness: Ability to drive growth in 'low-data' environments
