Job Description
Lead and optimize thermoset compression molding processes for FRP/SMC/BMC enclosures. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot processes and improve efficiency. Interface with tool shops and support capital projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years' direct experience in thermoset compression molding (SMC/BMC) or closely related field
- Strong hands-on understanding of molding processes, molding machines, and mold tooling
- Effective communicator and collaborator
- Proven record in process and material troubleshooting
- DOE experience for process optimization and root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
