Octopus by RTG is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write clear user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
