Product Manager - On-site - Full-time - Octopus by RTG

Octopus by RTG is looking for a Product Manager to lead product planning, execution, and evolution of key product streams across their platform. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, writing product documentation, and working with engineering teams. The role involves balancing product thinking, delivery discipline, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role in SaaS, technology, or digital platforms.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and structured product documentation.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile or fast-moving delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including dealing directly with clients and external partners.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable product solutions.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across multiple products, clients, or internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and high ownership mentality.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
