Job Description
Octopus by RTG is seeking a highly experienced Senior Design System Manager to lead and accelerate the development, governance, and adoption of their enterprise design system. This is a 3-month contract role focused on establishing strong foundations, improving UI consistency, and enabling scalable frontend practices across digital platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UI/UX, frontend engineering, or digital product development
- Proven experience building or scaling enterprise design systems
- Strong expertise in component-based architecture and modern frontend frameworks
- Deep understanding of design tokens, theming, and UI governance
- Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver results in short, high-impact engagements
