Senior UX Designer - 3-Month Contract - Octopus by RTG

Octopus by RTG is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a 3-month onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end user experience design process and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design
• Proven track record of delivering complex digital products (web and/or mobile)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, research, and measurable impact
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of usability standards and accessibility best practices
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
