Job Description
At Rock Region METRO, we are seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager to lead our day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and hiring efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resources experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience managing or leading recruitment efforts, preferably in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processes
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and wage and hour regulations
