Senior Master Scheduler

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to lead program planning across complex space programs, with a focus on optimizing a high-velocity value chain. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in program/production scheduling, master planning, or operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing Integrated Master Schedules and resolving complex bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/production scheduling, master planning, or operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Proven experience managing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for integrated space programs
• Advanced proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools
• Demonstrated ability to read technical documentation and understand complex hardware assembly sequences
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
